- Deputize for the Head Global Security Investigations for the EMEA region.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Lead strategic and other sensitive, high-risk investigations of internal misconduct in the EMEA region and across the enterprise as needed
- Support strategic projects
- Influence and shape professional standards and best practices in investigations and beyond- Ensure unified good-governance and consistency for objective, fair and independent investigations across the enterprise
- Drive high report quality across the function and refine output
- Develop the function as a dependable business partner across a wide stakeholder group (e.g. Legal, Employee Relations, Ethics, Risk & Compliance)**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:

**Minimum requirements**
- Minimum of 5-10 years professional experience in investigations in setting such as global security, corporate, legal, audit, law enforcement, military, security-consulting, compliance, finance, regulatory and cyber-crime.
- Full proficiency in English is essential with a high standard of writing competence and storytelling skill required. Other region-specific languages, in particular German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and Arabic are desirable.
- A mature network within relevant agencies is ideal.
- CFE/PCI or equivalent is preferred with international corporate experience advantageous.
- Anti-bribery/corruption (ABAC/FCPA), forensic accounting investigation or audit experience in a corporate setting is desirable.
