**Compliance and Information Security Director**:
**Role & Function**
- Compliance and Information Security Director will be a key member of Sobi’s Corporate Compliance Team, supporting our overall objective of providing a business-enabling and safeguarding Compliance Programme to further Sobi’s vision of providing innovative treatments that transform lives for individuals with rare diseases.
- In this position, the holder will be responsible for:
- establishing framework for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) as well as platform implementation globally,
- formalizing cross-functional framework for Information Security (InfoSec), in cooperation with existing internal stakeholders, such as Data Protection, Cybersecurity, etc., as well as rolling out global compliance risk assessments.

For the frameworks being established it is expected that the person will work cross-functionally on the design/rollout project, and will provide an oversight ensuring frameworks are lived up to in global operations. The position includes working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer on Sobi’s Compliance Programme, cross-functionally on a global level (with global Legal, IS/IT, Internal Control, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Sustainability, Trade Compliance, Environment and OHS, and other stakeholders), as well as across regional and local Compliance organizations to ensure frameworks are adequately embedded into daily processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- For Information Security (InfoSec), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Compliance risk assessments:
- i. Establishment of cross-functional framework/umbrella (incl. system process ownership as applicable) through project leadership- ii. Oversight, including testing, monitoring, remediation, business support/partnering, investigations support, and reporting- iii. Training and communication- iv. Developing strategies and action plans (e.g. roadmaps) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders- In addition, the role includes general Compliance support (e.g. assisting with pragmatic implementation of the Sobi Corporate Compliance Programme, performing compliance deep dives, as well as driving the Culture of Integrity)**Qualifications**
- High understanding of Compliance, across all elements of the Compliance Programme, and risk management- Demonstrated competence in establishing/ managing an Information Security programme- Excellent project management skills- Life science industry experience- English language proficiency (fluent)- (desired) Multiverse hands-on experience in Compliance Programme elements, including investigations- (desired) Audit understanding- (desired) Major business language for Sobi, e.g. Chinese, Arabic, Swedish, Russian, French, Spanish**Personal attributes**
