- Erarbeitung wirkungsvoller **Medienstrategien **(online/offline) zur Steigerung der Markenpräsenz und Kundenloyalität
- Planung und Realisierung saisonaler **Kampagnen**
**Deine Skills**:
- Aus
- und Weiterbildungen in **Marketing**, Digital Marketing, Kommunikation oder BWL
- Mind. 4-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung bei der erfolgreichen Entwicklung und Umsetzung von **Loyalty-/CRM-Strategien** und der Anwendung von CRM-Software wie MS Dynamics, vorzugsweise in der **Luxusmodebranche**:
- Expertise im **E-Commerce** und in der Steigerung der Conversion-Rate von Website-Besuchern zu Käufern
- Erfolgreiche Bilanz im Lenken von Medienaktivitäten (sowohl digital als auch offline) und der kontinuierlichen Durchführung von** Kampagnen über diverse Medienkanäle** hinweg
- Ein **Flair für die Datenanalyse** zur Förderung der Unternehmensziele
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
