The Associate Director Global Pricing Analytics provides expertise and contributes as an individual to develop deep pricing and market access insights across various therapeutic areas to support strategic discussions for new business development. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing and reporting deep dive disease area landscape overviews (with an emphasis on pricing analytics and an understanding of clinical effectiveness and market access). You will partner with global pricing strategy, new business development and analytics colleagues, as well as with regional and operating company pricing analysts if needed. The analyses provided are the cornerstone of future successful decisions on business development projects and thus of strategic importance.
Outstanding partnering abilities, analytical capabilities, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Documented knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing and its connection with market access strategies is required.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or engineering is required. An MBA strongly preferred.
- Experience in a global, multi-cultural or multi-country environment is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience required.
- Experience developing global pharmaceutical pricing analytics projects or related pricing experience preferred.
- An understanding of market access and payer needs is preferred.
- Strong strategic, analytic, organizational, and networking skills are required.
- The ability to navigate and influence in a complex, global organization is required.
- A good understanding of healthcare pricing systems, and environmental trends (preferred)
