Sweep is hiring an **Account Executive** in Switzerland, tasked with driving Sweep's growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy customers. We raised a total $100M in funding and are accelerating our international marketing and sales efforts in order to make a difference. Climate change is the defining issue of our time. By empowering ever more companies with technology that helps manage their climate impact, we believe Sweep is in a unique position to build a better future for all of us. Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing? You will lead sales activities in Switzerland and across Europe and become a partner and key resource for the Swiss climate community. To be more specific, this includes: Grow Sweep's customer base in Switzerland and beyond - Acquire new Sweep customers in Switzerland and across Europe - Enable consistent growth by securing new accounts, while also identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base Ensure Sweep delivers value to our customers - Collaborate with the sales engineering and the success teams to ensure that Sweep customers love our tool, achieve real emission reductions, and invite new users through Sweep Connect - Keep on top of evolving ESG industry trends, in order to propose related solutions to our customers Help scale and improve our sales process ️ - Manage the data of our clients in our CRM and collaborate with our Marketing and SDR team to qualify the leads - Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities Build our network and ensure that Sweep is top-of-mind - Work closely with the marketing, success and brand team to make Sweep the number one provider when it comes to carbon management and climate action - Host events, webinars and trainings to introduce Sweep to new audiences - Become the focal point and an active contributor to the (Swiss) climate scene. That sounds just right for me. What do I need to bring? Good you asked. This is who we're looking for: **Qualifications** - 6+ years of sales experience - Experience in SaaS, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space - Experience and deep understanding of the ESG/Sustainability industry - Ability to develop and execute account plans for complex organizations - Ability to lead intricate negotiations - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in (Swiss) German and English **Qualities** - You're an empathetic team player that is great at building lasting relationships, both internally and externally - A strategic thinker, who sees both the big picture and the smaller underlying mechanics - An expert communicator, with a knack for turning complex things into simple, engaging and fun interactions. - A hands-on problem solver, self-motivated with a glass half-full attitude - An entrepreneurial mind, ready to launch and fail and iterate - Attuned to remote collaboration, using digital tools and meticulously documenting work - A desire and ambition to grow, mentor and support other members on the team Copy that.
