Our client is a worldwide leader in developing and implementing integrated, holistic logistics systems for its customers. It is one of the most renowned service providers in the Swiss forwarding and logistics sector.
STARTING DATE: As soon as possible or upon agreement
Company benefits: 42 hours, 25 days holiday, free parking or financial aid for public transport, own pension insurance 12 wages, 9k coordination deduction instead of 26k (50/50).
**Your profile**:
- Degree in Business Administration (HF, FH, Uni) or similar
- Further training in the QM area and completed training as an (internal) auditor is an advantage
- First professional experience in Quality Management (ideally in the **forwarding / logistics** industry)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GDP, GMP, HACCP is an advantage
- Experience in conducting and accompanying audits as well as in coordinating and implementing projects
- **Fluent in German (must).** Good English
- Positive and friendly personality
**Your responsibilities**:
- Further development of all processes of the Integrated Management System
- Coordination and monitoring of all improvement measures (focus on quality excellence)
- Creation of process documentation, specifications and instructions in relation to quality
- Product Owner Document Management System
- Ensuring existing and supporting the implementation of new certifications
- Participation in internal / external audits of all regulations
- Establishment and further development of supplier management
- Contact person for internal/external inquiries
