**Vos Tâches**:

- Analyse des marchés, de la concurrence et des secteurs importants pour nos produits
- Développement du contenu de la stratégie produit, basée sur la stratégie globale du domaine d'affaires
- Identification et évaluation des nouvelles opportunités d'affaires, en rapport avec les tendances du marché
- Développement des idées de produits, incluant les analyses afférentes à la feuille de route de la gamme de produits
- Responsabilité de la gestion du portefeuille de produits
- Pilotage de la réussite financière des affaires

**Votre Profil**:

- Vous avez une formation supérieure (haute école, université) dans l'ingénierie ou les sciences
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans la gestion d'une gamme de produits, dans la vente ou dans le développement d'affaires de produits techniques, particulièrement dans le domaine des composants optiques et de la déposition de couches minces
- Vous avez déjà eu l'occasion de travailler avec des clients internationaux, ainsi que dans une organisation matricielle
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils de management de projets pour la planification et la gestion de projets industriels
- Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances des outils MS Office
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication, ainsi qu'un bon esprit d'équipe
- Vous êtes orienté-e clients et savez gérer les priorités
- Vous avez un très bon niveau de français et d'anglais (parlé et écrit)
- Vous êtes disposé-e à voyager
