**Your Contribution**:

- Continuous monitoring of the markets, competitors and sectors relevant to the products
- Development of the content of the product group strategy, which is based on the overall strategy of the strategic business area
- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, taking product-relevant market trends into account
- Development of product ideas including the associated business cases as input for the overarching product roadmap process
- Responsibility for managing the global product portfolio
- Monitoring of the financial success of the business

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in engineering or science
- Advanced knowledge in product management, technical sales or business development for technical products, especially in the area of optical components and coatings
- Experience working with international customers as well as within a cross-functional organization
- Familiar with project management tools for planning and execution of industrial projects
- Deep knowledge of MS Office tools
- High commitment, team spirit and flexibility
- Very good French and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel abroad
