Tasks
What You’ll Do
As our Lead Performance Marketer, you’re in the trenches from day one, executing high-impact multi-channel campaigns:

- Launch, Optimize & Scale

Set up, refine, and scale paid campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, and more. No delegating—you’re hands-on from day one.
- Data-Driven Execution

Analyze performance data from tools like GA4, Amplitude, and Hotjar to uncover opportunities, tackle challenges, and maximize ROI on every franc spent.
- Rapid Testing & Optimization

Run agile tests and real-time optimizations to drive each campaign to peak efficiency and impact.
- Cross-Functional Impact

Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure your execution aligns with and drives Gowago’s mission.
- Innovation & Best Practices

Stay ahead of industry trends and translate fresh ideas into practical, high-impact improvements through direct action.
**Requirements**:
Who We’re Looking For
- Battle-Tested Experience

You’ve managed six-figure ad budgets, built campaigns from scratch, and scaled them profitably. We need someone who’s been in the trenches, going the extra mile.
- Data-Driven Operator

You know how to optimize campaigns using hard data, turning numbers into revenue-driving actions.
- Technical Proficiency

You’re hands-on with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and have a strong grasp of SEO strategies.
- Independent Doer & Team Player

You excel working autonomously in a fast-paced setting while embracing an ownership mentality and collaborative spirit. You thrive in an open-minded, feedback-friendly environment.
