Demaurex SA, based near Lausanne, has been very successful on the national and international market for many years with its specially developed robot systems, mainly for the food industry. Around 90 employees ensure the satisfaction of our customers through many years of experience, reliability and the highest quality.

**Your impact**:

- Operational and strategic management and further development of the System Engineering and Sales Support divisions of DEMAUREX
- Responsible for the planning, coordination and management of customer-specific offers and engineering services
- Close collaboration with the individual divisions and companies in the Food & Packaging division
- Checking cost-effectiveness, budget, and deadlines
- Supporting your engineering team in prioritizing key developments and calculations
- Collaborating with the development teams and implementing the developments in the projects
- Analyzing and evaluating operating processes with corresponding optimization measures
- Building bridges between the individual teams from different corporate cultures
- Coaching managers in change processes

**Your profile**:

- A technical background (mechanical engineering FH/ETH, systems engineer) with further training in business administration
- Experience in the systems business
- Experience in the industrial environment (capital goods), ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
- Management experience from a team size of five to ten employees
- Analytical skills, conceptual strength, and holistic thinking
- Networker with communicative flair
- Passion, team spirit and entrepreneurship in your blood
- Fluent in French and English, ideally German
- Willingness to travel internationally
