**Gestalten, prägen, führen - Ihre Chance, einen Hotelbetrieb erfolgreich zu positionieren**

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle sind Sie nicht nur für die Führung des gesamten Hotelbetriebs verantwortlich, sondern auch massgeblich an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Strategie beteiligt. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team steuern Sie sämtliche Abläufe, gewährleisten die Einhaltung vertraglicher Vereinbarungen und setzen Entscheidungen eigenverantwortlich um.

Sie übernehmen den Lead bei der erfolgreichen Positionierung am Markt und nutzen Ihr Netzwerk gezielt für nachhaltiges Wachstum. Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst zudem Einkauf, Verkauf, Finanzen inklusive Budgetierung, Personal sowie Food & Beverage.

Wir suchen eine erfahrene, verkaufsstarke und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit exzellentem Netzwerk. Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotelier, Gastronom, Betriebswirtschafter oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle in der Hotellerie oder einer verwandten Branche setzen wir voraus. Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch - weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus.

Das Zleep Hotel Zürich - Kloten öffnete im Juli 2024 seine Türen.
