**STORE MANAGER (German Speaker) COD. 21645**
**Responsibilities and activities**
- Ensuring there is an exceptional customer experience throughout the store;
- Managing daily operations;
- Motivating your team to achieve and exceed their sales targets;
- Interviewing, recruiting and training new employees;
- Training and guiding the team in developing sales skills to improve shop performance and productivity;
- Monitoring the staff list;
- Monitoring and checking stock levels,
- Processing orders;
- Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints;
- Keeping statistical and financial records;
- Driving revenue growth and meet targets;
- Guiding the processes and operating procedures with the aim of meeting and exceeding the company’s financial and standards targets;
- Assuring that the team follows company policy and procedures and adheres to good workplace safety practices.
**Main requirements**
- At least three years of sales experience, preferably in sports retail and in a managerial role;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Problem solving and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a team and innovative spirit;
- Understanding of business acumen and how to analyse reports to increase sales;
- **Fluency in German** and preferably in English;
**Location**: Zürich / Bern.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: CHF30,000.00 - CHF50,000.00 per year
