**We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, creative leader and goal-oriented person who will do his / her best to keep JuicyFields in the leading positions on the market.**

The parental company is registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, but the job can be mostly handled remotely together with the occassional planned business trips to Amsterdam.

With an innovative and transparent business model we aim to make the medicinal marijuana industry accessible to all who wish to.

**Who are we?**

JuicyFields is an innovative concept giving people the chance to enter the medicinal marijuana market without having training, licenses and regardless of the local laws.

Providing crowdfunding services to our egrowers we allocate them space in a licensed operation to be able to foster a plant and then share the reward when the harvest is sold. We do this in order to help support grassroot level cultivators and extractors allowing for communities to be able to farm and profit from their land, facilities and knowledge.

An MBA or CPA is also highly desirable. At least 8 years' experience with examples of when they have demonstrated excellence in the workplace. A CEO must display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. They must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement.

Such working processes as budgeting, sales, business development and strategic planning should be among your favorites. Knowledge of the medical cannabis industry and GMP standards are also preferable.

As a CEO you are going to:

- Managing corporate bank accounts on operational level - opening and maintenance
- Oversee various groups of leaders within an organization and work directly with the shareholders of the company to manage the company in accordance with its strategy.
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
- Provide strategic advice to the board so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
- Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems
- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth (together with the shareholders)
