Are you an experienced Commercial Director looking for a new role in a growing, innovative biopharmaceutical company? Would you enjoy launching a pioneering cardiovascular treatment and ensuring delivery of field based commercial targets across Switzerland?

Compass Life Sciences have been supporting the significant European-wide expansion of an exciting biopharmaceutical company over the past 6 months and are now looking to recruit an experienced and highly successful Commercial Director to spearhead their product launch across Switzerland.

The Commercial Director will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the commercial strategies aligned with the launch of a new CVMD product. As well as support and accelerate business growth aligned with the organisations future growth plans.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop, plan and implement the commercial strategy and go to market launch pathway in Switzerland.
Enable and lead the key commercial deliverables, track, measure and analyse the commercial metrics using KPIs.
Responsible for the development and ownership of commercial forecast and P&L. Manage and track expenditures, financial goals and budgets.
Drive the commercial leadership within cross functional teams including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing and Customer Engagement and manage the team of Key Account Managers.
Develop and implement the pre-launch & post launch activities, including speaker bureau, disease awareness, launch preparation plans, KOL mapping and engagement.
Devise and Implement new customer acquisition strategies and manage the existing client relationships.

**Requirements**:
Master's degree in business administration, finance or similar relevant field
Min 5 years previous experience as commercial director in Switzerland.
Broad commercial experience including product pre-launch and post-launch
Demonstrated high success in the Cardiovascular and/or cardiometabolic, metabolic, lipid and diabetes market.
Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets
Experience in Client Relationship Management
