**HR Business Partner**

in Basel at the earliest possible date or by arrangement. In this position you perform a crucial role; working closely with the line managers, finding solutions to individual employee challenges as well as ensuring that talents are available at the right time in the right place. A dynamic and fast changing environment is what makes you happy and perform at your best.

Description/Tasks:

- Manage the full HR lifecycle for about 250 employees
- Consult and support line managers as well as employees in all relevant HR topics
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce and succession planning
- Collaborate closely with our HR d Service Center to ensure a smooth administration
- Support the annual compensation and bonus review process
- Actively participate in HR projects
- Ensure that the overall HR strategy is implemented and processes as well guidelines are followed

Qualification/Experience:

- University Bachelors Degree, preferable in HR area, or Swiss HR degree “HR-Fachmann/HR-Fachfrau mit eidg. Fachausweis“
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience within an international environment (preferably)
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss Labor Law
- German fluent with very good knowledge of English, French would be an advantage
- Solution-oriented, assertive and flexible personality with high social competence
- Pleasure and tact in dealing with different cultures and hierarchical levels
- Experienced handling of MS-Office and HR-IT-systems (SAP/SuccessFactor knowledge is an advantage)
- Able to work under pressure with a quick grasp of what matters
