Hobson Prior are looking for a HR Business Partner to join a fantastic pharmaceutical corporation on a contract basis located in Basel. Our client is focused on prolonging and improving the health and lives of many.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will be responsible for celebrating and amplifying the people experience through collaborating with and influencing leaders, managers and partners across the corporation on all features of people experience.
- Guide/co-guide/assist in the development and launch of innovative concepts and solutions that assist a positive people experience and improves business results.
- To assist and deliver on the project deadlines, you will serve as a delegate for people experience in your allocated projects while engaging with personnel and business shareholders.
- You will recognise gaps within the employee experience and operate with multiple functional shareholders to guarantee those gaps are filled.
- Any other assigned duties.

- Capable of empathising and listening to all levels of the organisation as well as engage with a mentoring and advice-giving approach.
- A can-do outlook with a creative business mindset.
- Familiarity with novel approaches to efficient engagement and positive change of persons.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree/advanced degree level in a business, marketing or HR discipline.
- Fluency in the English language with knowledge in other language(s) would be beneficial for the role.
- Acquaintance with guiding and partaking in global programs within a multifaceted matrixed international organisation from project tactic through to engagement, delivery and evidenced efficacious results and project handover.
- Prior involvement behind employee experience within a marketing, client experience, behavioural science, design thinking and data analytics.
- Familiarity with operating with senior levels of the organisation with a variety of leadership shareholders, as well as solid engagement and an empathetic approach to comprehend middle and junior level personnel.
- Change management experience with the ability to plan and deliver actions at scale successfully across a variety of global personnel.
- To assist in internal personnel experience decisions such as developing acumens, translating into practical solutions and measuring influence, you will be proficient at using data analytics and best-class research.
