**Breiter Einblick**:
Bei Advestra hast Du die Möglichkeit in all unseren Practice Areas mitzuwirken und so einen breiten und abwechslungsreichen Einblick in die Tätigkeitsbereiche einer Wirtschaftskanzlei zu erhalten. Während Deines Praktikums kannst Du somit auch mit einem vielfältigen Team von Partnern und Associates zusammenarbeiten. Dank der schlanken Strukturen in unserer jungen Kanzlei hast Du zudem die Chance, Einblick in weiterführende Themen der Kanzlei zu erhalten und bei Interesse mitzuwirken.

**Fortbildung und Weiterentwicklung**:
Die Fortbildung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Substituten ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil im Hinblick auf die Anwaltsprüfung und den weiteren Karriereweg. Wöchentliche Know-How Austausche werden ergänzt mit internen und externen Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen. Zudem führen wir regelmässige Veranstaltungen für die Vorbereitung auf die Anwaltsprüfung durch. Als Substitut/-in kannst Du zudem in beruflichen und persönlichen Belangen auf die Unterstützung eines Mentors (Associate) zählen.
