**Description du poste**:

- Piloter la gestion opérationnelle de notre site e-Commerce suisse, incluant les ventes, la logistique et la communication digitale (newsletters, SEA, paid social media etc.) afin d’atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et développer la performance de notre Boutique en ligne.
- Analyser et partager des reportings clés : ventes, mix-produits, trafic et KPI’s.
- Superviser et assurer un suivi précis du stock des produits disponibles en ligne.
- Collaborer étroitement avec nos équipes internes pour garantir une synergie optimale.

**Profil**:

- Vous avez une expérience solide et confirmée dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du luxe.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement des outils tels que Magento, SAP, Google Analytics, ainsi que les principaux réseaux sociaux (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

**Compétences requises**:

- Créatif(ve), dynamique et capable de gérer le stress, vous êtes prêt(e) à relever des défis.
- Orienté(e) détail, vous êtes méthodique, rigoureux(se) et autonome.
- Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous êtes communicatif(ve) et flexible.

**Langues**:

- Vous êtes bilingue français-allemand, avec une maîtrise solide de l’anglais et doté(e) d’une aisance rédactionnelle.
