Pr & Marketing Section Manager Motorcycle (M/F/d)

Ensure the power of the brand throughout Switzerland
Your challenge:
Reporting directly to the Head of Motorcycle Division, you will ensure the strengthening of the brand throughout Switzerland by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the marketing, communication and PR strategy of the brand
- Ensure a competitive intelligence of the market
- Set up KPI's in line with the global strategy of the division and the objectives of the Swiss subsidiary
- Maintain contact with partner agencies and the press
- Support the dealer network during events or specific campaigns
- Organize, coordinate, and adapt international or local advertising/promotional and communication campaigns (launches and products)
- Optimize media planning and negotiate terms and conditions for tenders
- Support product launches by creating local events with journalists
- Manage the company's information and institutional positioning on strategic issues
- Represent the company at public events related to the brand
- Define and manage the Marcom / PR budget
Your profile:
- You are a motorcyclist (=a must), and you are passionate about the two-wheeler industry
- You hold a master’s degree in Marketing along with a first professional experience of 5 years in a marketing/communication role (agency or advertiser)
- Both empathetic and relational, you influence internally and externally with your charisma and competence
- Results-oriented and ambitious, you constantly push your limits
- Rigorous and organized, you are recognized as a talented communicator and coordinator
- Creative, you willingly develop personal initiatives
- Accurate and analytical, you know how to manage investments in a prudent manner
- Proactive and determined, you constantly improve processes while setting priorities
- You are able to keep the global vision in order to manage the different communication levers in an appropriate way
- You are fluent in French and English. German at a minimum level of B2
