Our proprietary Charge Point Management System (AMP IT Hub) and integrated hardware/software platform enable seamless EV charging, energy optimization, and grid flexibility.

We are growing rapidly and looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to strengthen our clients' experience and help build our customer success function in the fast-evolving e-mobility sector.

Your Mission

As Junior Customer Success Manager, you will ensure the satisfaction, retention, and success of AMP IT's clients.

You will be assiting in customer onboarding process, monitoring system usage, and analysing customer flows to identify and resolve potential issues. You will also coordinate corporate customer contracts and support the continuous improvement of internal processes and client experience.

This position requires a strong sense of ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn and operate new IT systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship & Success Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client relationship and post-sales support matters.
  • Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring that user accounts, access rights, and billing structures are properly configured.
  • Guide customers through the system setup and usage, ensuring a smooth transition to operational phase.
  • Monitor and analyse customer interactions and usage data to detect anomalies or potential issues early.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve first-level issues before escalation.
  • Manage corporate client contracts, including renewals, service agreements, and invoicing coordination.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM and ERP systems.
  • Proactively communicate updates, improvements, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operational & Analytical Support
  • Operate AMP IT's internal systems and tools (Charge Point Management System, CRM, ERP) to monitor customer activities and resolve requests.
  • Review system reports and dashboards to identify patterns or irregularities in charging behaviour or data flow.
  • Support the development and improvement of customer success processes and automation tools.
  • Provide structured feedback to technical and product teams based on customer insights.
  • Participate in testing and validating new platform features from a user-experience perspective.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
  • Participate in customer workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Support the company's client communication activities, including updates, reports, and satisfaction surveys.

What You Will Bring to AMP IT

  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:
  • 2+ years of experience. Experience in energy, renewables, or e-mobility industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand technical systems and data flows.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager is highly valued.
  • Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and think analytically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset.
  • Interest and familiarity with the EV-charging and energy-transition sectors.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving industry, with a willingness to learn and apply innovative technologies.
