**Your role**
- We’re looking for a Crew Scrum Master to:
- train and guide the crew to complete high-quality increments that meet a definition of done while removing impediments so that the Crew can deliver more effectively over time
- facilitate and prepare crew level agile ceremonies
- orchestrate release management tasks

**Your team**
- You'll be working with the Archive and Records Management Crew, as part of the Group Technology division in Zurich Switzerland, which tackles the toughest challenges in the legal and regulatory space with external driven timelines by collaborating with multiple partner teams on technologies across the company and beyond. We are looking for a developer who is passionate about building rich, scalable, reliable and engaging experiences & solutions. You can be part of the team innovating in this space that creates new opportunities and supports our Client Promise.

**Your expertise**
- good understanding of the Scrum ceremonies and experience in tools such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence - ideally worked as a Scrum Master before
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with both technical/development teams and business stakeholders
