Marketing and Communications Manager Gotcourts

**Your mission**:
Responsible for: Planning and executing online and offline marketing and communication campaigns to increase GotCourts League participation as well as develop and expand the player community.

**Responsibilities**:
To strengthen the team in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced, digitally practised, self-driven and sports loving Marketing and Communications Manager, available immediately or by agreement:

- Develop marketing and communication strategy online/offline in collaboration with overall GotCourts League management
- Develop a social media strategy in line with overall marketing strategy using all relevant platforms to reach our target audiences
- Create and execute marketing, social media and communication campaigns, plans and promotions
- Conceptualize, create, edit and publicize appealing content for various marketing and communication channels (website, app, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, mailings, flyers, blogs, media partner campaigns, banners, etc.) that attracts and converts our target groups, including images and videos
Create content and event ideas and execute accordingly to develop a strong player community and improve the participant’s experience
- Activate and grow GotCourts social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube)
- Support marketing communication for Kick-off, Summer and Final tournaments
- Develop and manage marketing communications budget on a monthly and annual basis
- Build brand awareness and positioning

In addition to the marketing focus, you manage the project interface to the rest of the GotCourts organisation, esp. towards product management, finance and company leadership.
You will be interacting with:

- Marketing & Comms lead for coordination and reporting
- Graphic designer for graphic content
- External media partner
- Web Agency
- Sponsors & Partners
- 3 - 5+ years of relevant marketing and communication experience
- Very good written and spoken language skills in German (main communication language for marketing) and English (main communication language internally), French would be a plus
- Strong expertise in planning and executing marketing and communication campaigns and activities online and offline
- Flair for target-group-oriented storytelling and natural affinity for design and layout
- Proficiency in online and content marketing, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Experience in PR/Communications
- Experience in sports event planning and execution
- Mailchimp expertise
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager expertise
- Budgeting experience
