MISSION

Tasks and responsibilities

Drive all aspects of a program or project life cycle, including strategy, service model definition, road-mapping, architecture, implementation, and development to gain maximum exposure and drive success

Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, cost, and successful on-time delivery

Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams

Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company

Manage relationships with key stakeholders

Lead all phases of a Request For Proposal process

STUDIES

**Profile**:
Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline

Solid knowledge of agile delivery and steady state operations (e.g., Agile Methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps)

Several years’ experience as a delivery program or project manager in IT

Understanding of software development lifecycle

Experience in the Life Science industry preferred

Self-motivated leader who is result oriented, able to set priorities, guide and motivate others for success

Courage to act and challenge the status quo

Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages beneficial
