INA KESS is a Swiss luxury fashion brand for women. Through our contemporary design approach, we offer a solution for daily wearing, breaking through the boundaries of purpose, need, or fit expectations. Our creations are a symbiosis of hyper-functional fabrics and strong and feminine designs, developed in our studio in Switzerland and produced in Portugal.

Our products are sold online via INAKESS.COM and through selected retailers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Poland, and the US (including Globus, Jelmoli, Kadewe, and others).

**Social Media Manager (100%)**

**Location: Europe (remote)**

**THE ROLE**
- Managing all brand social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proactively responding to customer inquiries on social platforms to ensure the best customer experience and making sure the requests are received and executed in a timely manner.
- Independently leading copywriting for content on brand social media channels in accordance with our tone of voice.
- Creating and curating on-brand content such as photos, videos, and posts in close partnership with our Brand Manager and Marketing Manager.
- Developing and executing social media strategy that supports the brand’s goals and objectives.
- Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback on social media.
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, sales, and customer experience, to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging platforms and incorporating these into the social media strategy.
- Creating monthly reports to be shared with the CEO & leadership team of overall social platforms performance and working together to bring better results.
- Analyzing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media/community management with a solid portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media metrics and how to analyze and use them to drive business results.
- You’re customer-oriented, and eager to engage with our audience on a daily basis.
- Ability to work independently, self-managed and entrepreneurial mindset will be highly appreciated.
- Strong understanding of branding as well as the ability to create high-end content with the biggest attention to detail.
- Native-level English proficiency both spoken and written is required.
