**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Proaktiver Kundenkontakt (C2C) per Telefon, E-Mail oder Video
- Unterstützung von Nutzern und Mitgliedern beim gesamten Kauf
- und Verkaufsprozess
- Gewinnen von neuen Kunden (Outbound-Sales)
- Verwaltung unseres CRM-Systems
- Unterstützung bei Events

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FH, HF, EFZ)
- Berufserfahrung im Kundensupport
- Schweizerdeutsch mit sehr guten Französischkenntnissen
