Join us as a Talent Acquisition Lead supporting full-life cycle recruiting our Global Manufacturing & Supply and Global Quality business functions.**:
**In this role, you’ll partner with managers to find great talent for our global functions: Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Business Excellence, and more. You’ll be supported every step of the way with cutting-edge recruiting technology, partners within our RPO network, and be part of a vibrant, collaborative, and global Talent Acquisition community.**:
**How you will contribute**:
- ** Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) Head, HR Leadership, and key business leaders to ensure current and future strategic TA needs are achieved.****:
- **Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle to include sourcing, talent mapping, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation. Manage process feedback loops and provide continuous improvements.**:
- ** Lead and/or support projects as part of the long-term strategy of developing Talent Acquisition Leading Practices. Participate in Global TA/HR projects and Communities of Practice as required. Align with cross-functional TA colleagues to deploy talent acquisition programs regionally.**:
- ** Build relationships with and manage the performance of external partners including RPOs (recruitment process outsourcing) and preferred agencies.**:
- ** Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring activities.**:
**Expected skills**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of delivering positive recruitment experience in a complex organization. Experience working at a contingent or retained search firm a plus.**:
- ** Prior use of behavioral-based interviewing and selection models required.**:
- ** Business-level language proficiency in English is required. Business proficiency in German, French, and/or Italian a plus.**:
- ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to various external and internal stakeholders.**:
- ** This is a Hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office one to two days a week.**:
