**REEL Alesa AG **develops tailor-made solutions from first concepts to project execution including a comprehensive range of all-inclusive after-sales services worldwide.

**Position**:
Directly reporting to the Senior Project Controller based in Zurich, the role of the **Junior Project Controller **consists of the following key responsibilities:

- In charge of the intercompany invoicing
- Calculation of the POC for all projects of the 5 legal entities
- Preparation of the monthly KPI and cash forecasts for the headquarter
- Support in preparing the KPI for the estimate, budget and business plan
- Data collection and preparation of the cost center overview for the periodical closings, estimate and budget as well as analysis of the deviations
- Issuing project invoices including follow-up and reporting of the accounts receivables
- Various ad hoc tasks

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business/Finance /Economics or similar (University degree, FH or commercial apprenticeship/KV)
- Well-organized person with strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. German and French would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel. Knowledge of AX Dynamics would be a plus.
- Pro-active and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment
- Handle stress and demands in a calm thoughtful manner with the ability to prioritize
- Willingness to learn and be challenged
- Ability to work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds

This is a role based in Zurich (local hire).
