**Partner Marketing Manager - Switzerland**

**About this role**:
**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a localized partner marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with global and local objectives.
- Campaign Execution: Implement global and local campaigns to drive partner engagement and enhance JET brand visibility.
- Performance Optimization: Track KPIs, optimize campaigns based on insights, and share best practices to improve effectiveness.
- Market Analysis: Identify local opportunities and advocate for adjustments to enhance campaign impact.
- Collaboration: Serve as a connector across global and local teams, ensuring sustainable and effective commercial strategies.
- Budget Management: Plan, utilize, and track the partner marketing and B2B voucher budgets, aligning with global and local priorities.

**What will you bring to the table?**
- Marketing experience, preferably in an FMCG and/or e-commerce environment.
- Strong commercial understanding; B2B experience.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Hands on and flexible approach, adapting to the rapid pace of business
- Good collaboration skills with multiple internal and external parties
- Planning and organisational skills for strong Project Management
- Excellent writing and communication skills. Fluent in German or French and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong commercial understanding and plus if having B2B experience
