Notre client est une société spécialisée dans le secteur de la mode, qui opère partout dans le monde depuis son siège Parisien et qui possède une succursale en Suisse, chargée de coordonner les opérations au niveau national. Cette maison est toujours très enclin à assurer un niveau de service optimal pour ses clients. **Vos responsabilités**: Rattaché(e) directement au Directeur du Customer Service, votre rôle sera d'accompagner les nombreuses boutiques, partout en Suisse, dans leurs opérations courantes ainsi que les revendeurs. Vous serez également le point de contact pour l'après-vente et évoluerez au sein d'une équipe de 7 personnes. **Votre rôle sera le suivant**: Gestion des stocks, expedition de marchandise, Lien quotidien avec les transporteurs, les affreteurs et les déclarants en douane, Mise à jour des documents internes et externes, Suivi des retours et des bordereaux d'envois, Lien avec la production pour toutes les problématiques de "forecast" afin d'établir un budget prévisionnel sur 12 mois, Réponse quotidenne aux appels, mails, e-chat client (L'intégralité des échanges sera en Français, Anglais, Allemand). **Votre profil**: Idéalement titulaire d'un CFC de type employé de commerce, vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience au sein d'un customer service, à l'international ou en Suisse. Vous aimez le monde du prêt-à-porter et avez un grand sens du service client;
