**Technical Customer Consultant**

**Location**:Bern - home office by arrangement (introductory phase 3-4 weeks on site, then flexible plus fixed team days in the office)**

**Workload percentage**:80-100%**

**About the team**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Project Controls department to define all project documents.
- Receive, record, triage and resolve customer inquiries in the banking area (banking, IT support).
- Each contact is recorded in the ticketing system (CRM), documented, closed or forwarded to the specialists where necessary.

**Your Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in contact center environment
- 2+ years IT support experience
- German language is a must
- Pleasure in dealing with people
- Helpful, friendly, stress resistant

**Skills nice to have**:

- Diploma CompTIA A+ advantageous
- 10 finger system
