Axpo Solutions AG, a leader in energy innovation, is seeking a proactive Asset Manager to oversee our expanding battery asset portfolio across Europe. Based in Baden, Switzerland, this role is perfect for those passionate about renewable energy. You'll collaborate with international teams, learn on the job, and occasionally travel for business.

**What you will do**:

- Monitor and analyze battery assets' performance to ensure operational and financial targets are met.
- Review and manage operations-related contracts, ensuring compliance.
- Ensure battery assets adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes.

**What you bring & who you are**:

- Higher education in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with renewable energy assets (hydro, biomass, PV, wind, or batteries).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
