Vacancy: Group Accountant (H/F/X) - We are looking for a Group Accountant (H/F/X)

For our client, a leading international industrial company in the broader Energy sector located in Geneva, to join its dynamic team for a permanent role at 100%.
The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement as well as all of our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.

**Missions**

Your Responsibilities as a Group Accountant (H/F/X)
- You will engage with cross-functional teams to streamline and refine accounting processes, ensuring meticulous adherence to both financial regulations and sustainability initiatives.
- You are tasked with overseeing and harmonizing financial activities to align with the company's sustainability ambitions and compliance frameworks.
- You will spearhead the development and enhancement of reporting systems, focusing on the integration of transparency and accountability across financial and environmental metrics.
- You are responsible for facilitating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, reinforcing the trustworthiness and precision of financial disclosures.

Your Qualification and Skills
- You have a solid foundation in accounting or finance, with a strong preference for experience in vibrant, rapidly evolving environments.
- You excel in managing complex data, demonstrating a meticulous eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
- Your exceptional problem-solving skills enable you to effectively streamline intricate accounting procedures.
- You possess outstanding organizational capabilities, adept at balancing multiple priorities while ensuring the highest quality of work.
- You are an articulate communicator, capable of demystifying complex financial terms for a wide audience.
- Proficiency in English is essential, with multilingual abilities highly regarded.
