(Assistant) Manager - Accounting Advisory Services

Your contribution to KPMG

In the Accounting Advisory Services team you will encounter the following tasks:

- Actively support CFOs, finance managers or group accountants on accounting and financial reporting issues
- work on IPO Readiness Assessments and provide M&A support; you are also part of the team in the context of comfort letter projects for capital market transactions
- Analyze complex issues, answer technical inquiries and create added value for our customers through your accounting expertise
- Educate yourself independently in the area of the latest developments in order to maintain your knowledge advantage and to proactively serve the customer with relevant news
- Maintain existing customer relationships and continuously expand your network and actively support the team in acquiring new customers and Accounting Advisory Services mandates

This is what makes you successful
- Degree as a certified public accountant or local equivalent
- Dedicated and entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of customer and team orientation
- Multiple years of practical experience in the BIG4 environment or have financial reporting experience from an international corporation
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER are essential. US GAAP knowledge is a plus
- Proficient English skills, French and German is a plus
- Dedicated and entrepreneurial personality with high customer, deadline and team orientation
