**Your role**:
As a Reservations Agent, you will participate in the short-term and long-term planning as well as the daily tasks of the Reservations department.
Your interpersonal skills will allow you to process reservation requests from our customers.
You will be in direct contact with customers and will have to manage the various complaints/requests; you also play a coordination role with other departments to consolidate communication and create memorable experiences.
The needs of customers have no secrets for you and you will be able to establish different commercial proposals according to their requirements, while having in mind the strategies planned by the department.
You will also have the administrative burden of checking the reservations of our customers and taking full account of their requests before their arrival in order to create a WOW effect.
