Sigma Switzerland is currently looking for a **Technical Architect**, our client is a major employer in the Banking sector in Geneva.

**The Team**:
This division is at the forefront of innovation and essential to sustaining business operations, focusing on custodian and fund administration services.

**The Role**:
As a Technical Architect within the Finance, Risk, and Compliance Solutions platform, your responsibilities will include:

- **Designing High-Performance IT Solutions**:

- **Collaborate closely with development teams and information system architects.**

- **Develop cost-effective and high-performance IT solutions.**

- **Technical Design**:

- **Ensure adherence to required technical design standards for implementations.**

- **Coordination and Collaboration**:

- **Coordinate development efforts among technical teams in Geneva and Luxembourg.**

- **Development Participation**:
***
- **Actively participate in the development lifecycle.**

- **Support and Incident Management**:

- **Provide assistance and analyze production incidents.**

- **Manage 3rd level support requests.**

- **Adherence to Best Practices**:

- **Ensure compliance with the best development practices defined by industry standards and the organization.**

- **Documentation and Communication**:

- **Draft and communicate technical specifications.**

- **Contribute to various product backlogs.**

**The Profile**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Hold a university degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of three years experience as a technical lead in banking IT.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Demonstrate expertise in PL-SQL language and proficiency in database access tools.
- Experience in data pipeline development is advantageous.
- **Agile Knowledge**:

- Possess a good understanding of Agile principles, ideally with experience in Scrum methodology.
- **Financial Understanding**:

- Exhibit a fundamental understanding of financial products, accounting, and/or banking business.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Display strong team spirit and analytical skills within a complex IT architecture.
- Work with rigor and autonomy.
- **Adaptability**:

- Be stress-resistant with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Language Skills**:

- Communicate fluently in both French and English (spoken and written).
- **Location**:

- Be a resident of Switzerland.
- **Work Arrangement**:

- Enjoy the flexibility of part-time work (90-95%) if needed, with the possibility of working from home.
