You’ll play a key role in defining architecture standards, designing custom applications, and ensuring successful implementations aligned with best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and technical direction of ServiceNow solutions.Develop and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable designs.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance standards.Support integration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow capabilities.Requirements5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture experienceProven expertise in Custom App Development and CSM (Customer Service Management).French fluency essentialStrong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration patterns.ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification required.CTA (Certified Technical Architect) is a plus, but not mandatory.Experience with ITSM or HRSD modules is a bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
