Requirements Must have: - Licence universitaire, diplôme EPF ou équivalent dans le domaine de l'informatique. - Au moins 5 ans d'expérience technique sur la plateforme ServiceNow. - Bonne connaissance des solutions ServiceNow. - Maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit à un niveau B1. - Sens de l'écoute, capacité à conseiller et accompagner les clients de manière proactive. - Excellent communication et capacité d'interaction efficace avec les clients. - Agilité d'esprit et résilience face aux évolutions technologiques. Responsibilities: - Élaborer et développer les architectures de solutions IT4IT en cohérence avec les besoins et objectifs de la Direction et de nos clients. - Contribuer à la mise en œuvre d'applications liées aux ambitions du domaine IT4IT et aux besoins des clients en alignement avec la stratégie digitale de l'entreprise. - Garantir la maîtrise de l'architecture et des solutions cœur IT4IT, en particulier ServiceNow. - Contribuer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges fonctionnels et techniques des solutions envisagées. - Réaliser des analyses techniques, études détaillées et prototypages. - Assurer le support, la maintenance et les évolutions sur les applications du domaine IT4IT et coordonner les intervenants externes. - Accompagner en continu vos clients internes dans l'évaluation et l'évolution de leurs besoins et solutions. - Intervenir en tant que chef de projet sur la mise en place de nouveaux processus et méthodes de travail. - Participer à la veille technologique et à l'innovation dans le domaine IT4IT.
