**That's your role**:

- Defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your team's multiple products
- Conducting and participating in Sprints, Scrum and SAFe meetings
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design, development, operation, and support
- Assuming responsibility for IT Service Management of all your products and services
- Collaborating with prospective users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Collaborating with program-level and lean portfolio management on companywide initiatives
- Supplier management as well as financial controlling with budget responsibility for all your services

**This is you**:

- University degree at Bachelor's or Master's level (university, ETH, university of applied sciences) in computer science
- Several years of experience in managing products, services, and integration projects in an agile environment
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle
- Scrum and SAFe certifications are a big plus
- Experience with IT service management practices, certification is a plus
- Customer-centric thinking, independent, as well as responsible and reliable
- Open-minded and committed with excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Very good command of German and English
