Je suis à la recherche d'un(e) collaborateur/trice à 60% - horaires de 10h à 15h/16h de lundi à vendredi. Pas de travail de soir ni du weekend. Heures supplémentaires de temps en temps en fonction du travail.

Nos sandwiches, salades, wraps et boissons sont faits à la minute devant les clients. Il faut aimer le style de travail dynamique et intense.

**Responsibilités**:

- aide préparation en cuisine nettoyage et entretien des locaux et machines
- ouverture du bar a sandwiches
- encaissement
- preparation à la minute des sandwiches salades wraps et boissons
- contrôle fraicheur et qualité des mets
- livraison des commandes chez les clients
- fermeture du bar et nettoyage de fin de journée,
- fermeture de caisse,
- responsable en absence de chef d'équipe
- fermeture de magasin

**Votre profil**:

- ponctuel
- organisé, méticuleux, attentif et dynamique
- capable de travailler sous pression
- expérience minimum 5 ans en restauration - expérience en cuisine un atout
- connaissances de la système de caisse iKentoo
- FOODIE / connaissances en nourriture internationale un atout
- Connaissances/Expérience en espresso based coffee / specialty coffee / jus de fruits & smoothies
- aime le contact clientèle
