**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Finance & Analytics professional to drive data-driven decision-making through digital solutions, predictive analytics, and end-to-end financial ecosystems. In this role, you will deliver scalable, automated, and harmonized global, regional, and local solutions that enable customer-focused digital finance operations. You will collaborate closely with IT and finance teams to transform how we manage performance, planning, and forecasting.

This position is part of a fluid resource allocation pool, meaning you will be assigned to different areas based on business needs, shaping a digitally enabled value creation culture across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of predictive analytics activities and simulation tools to align with organizational goals, ensuring customer-focused, data-driven solutions.
- Develop, pilot, and test digital finance solutions, utilizing tools like Python, R2, and RPAs.
- Lead the ANAPLAN operating model, including building and maintaining the global ANAPLAN framework.
- Allocate resources, tools, and budget to various use cases to optimize portfolio value.
- Monitor performance across projects, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify and prioritize predictive analytics use cases based on business impact.
- Engage stakeholders by providing regular updates on digital finance initiatives and their outcomes.
- Support planning, forecasting, and financial performance steering, ensuring an integrated view of sales, operations, and finance.

**Key Work Relations**:

- Collaborate with Performance Steering, Finance hubs, and regional leadership teams (Category Leads, Cluster Heads, General Managers).
- Work cross-functionally with the PBS ecosystem, including Supply Chain and BI&A teams.
- Maintain close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including IT departments and global finance teams.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, or related areas, with increasing responsibility.
- Advanced understanding of predictive analytics techniques (i.e. Statistics, Machine Learning)
- Strong understanding of the Consumer Health operating model, industry trends, and business strategies.
- Solid understanding of the industry, market dynamics, & business strategy to effectively align predictive analytics w/ business objective
- Experience in predictive analytics, machine learning, and data visualization, with skills in tools such as Python, R, and DataRobot.
- Proven ability to translate business questions into predictive analytics tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, proactivity, and a willingness to explore new approaches.
