**Description du poste**
Vous êtes ambassadeur(drice) de la marque _GUERLAIN_, son histoire, ses valeurs et son savoir-faire. En tant que SPA Manager, vos missions quotidiennes seront les suivantes:
Vous incarnez les valeurs et l'histoire tout en transmettant votre passion aux Experts Beauté et aux clients. Vous assurez la parfaite maîtrise des protocoles, méthodes, produits, services / rituels et de l'histoire _GUERLAIN _de nos Experts Beauté. Vous mettez en œuvre toutes les formations nécessaires pour les experts beauté. Vous garantissez la synchronisation parfaite des soins personnalisés (diagnostic, construction du programme, personnalisation des soins, recommandation).
Vous créez une expérience de soin extraordinaire pour chacun de nos clients en réalisant les rituels _GUERLAIN _SPA. Vous construisez une relation durable avec les clients tout en fidélisant la clientèle.
Vous encadrez les équipes de votre service. Vous participez aux briefings et réunions mensuelles de votre service. Vous participez au recrutement, à la formation, au développement et à l’accompagnement de ses équipes et de ses proches collaborateurs. Vous êtes garant(e) du respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et des conditions de travail établies au sein de l’hôtel.
**Qualifications** PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
**_ Expérience _**: Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 ans sur ce même poste au sein d'un établissement similaire.
**_Langues _**: Doit parler, lire et écrire le français et l’anglais. Une troisième langue serait un plus.
**_Disponibilité _**: Dès que possible.
