**Your role**
- Interested in the inner workings of an asset management firm, specifically investments, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program within our Asset Management business.

You’ll get to:

- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
- support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with investment solutions
- deepen your knowledge about all asset classes

**Your team**
- You’ll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.

We have various opportunities available within the Investments area at UBS Asset Management. Some of the teams you might join include:

- Indexed Investing
- Sustainable Investing
- Active Equities
- Active Multi Asset
- Active Fixed Income
- Partnership Solutions

**Your expertise**
- is currently enrolled in studies and will graduate in late 2026 or 2027
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: curious about investments, dedicated, ambitious, reliable and collaborative
- works independently and proactively, can lead their own projects
- has the ability to both think strategically as well as to focus on the tiniest of details
- comfortable with high demands and steps up when under pressure
- communicates clearly and manages expectations with colleagues and management

We want someone who’s curious and is ready to thrive in a business that never stops moving. It doesn’t matter what you’re majoring in, but you do need to have an interest in the investment management industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.

**Your program**
- During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.

You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
