**Appointment of Assistant Dean and Director of Career Services**:

IMD is now seeking an Assistant Dean and Director of Career Services to implement a step change in the institution’s professional development strategies across its degree programmes. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Degree Programs and working closely with admissions and alumni relations as well as other key functions, the Assistant Dean and Director of Career Services will have responsibility for professional development programmes and for forging cross-functional real-world exchange partnerships with industry. A key focus of the role will be crafting entire new ways to promoting talent and building career entry points for IMD graduates and consequently further strengthening IMD’s world class reputation. Leading a small but dedicated team, the Assistant Dean and Director of Career Services will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership of IMD’s development and career activities and will be expected to deliver on a strategy to significantly enhance engagement with industry partners, alumni, and other key stakeholders and networks.
