We are looking for an Associate for Big Data and Analytics. In this role, you will advise our clients during the conception, planning, and implementation of data analytics projects. You will work with the project team to provide our clients with the high quality and reliability we are known for. Associates enjoy a high level of responsibility in performing end-to-end analyses autonomously, interacting with our clients under the guidance of senior team members, and playing a key role in delivering results for our clients.

**What you will do**:

- Leverage data to develop models & visualisations, using machine learning and advanced analytics techniques
- Translating analyses to compelling presentations
- Guiding junior colleagues with their day-to-day operations
- Interacting directly with clients in meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Taking the lead in creating business models and conceptual frameworks
- Traveling based on project requirements

**What you’ll bring**:

- 2-4 years of experience in the data & analytics domain
- Proven experience working with programing languages & databases (SQL, Phyton and/or R) is required
- Knowledge in Machine Learning algorithms and AI
- Familiarity with consulting firms preferred
- Right to work in Switzerland, willingness to live near Zurich
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with excellent academic results
- Strong team player that is passionate, reliable, and result-oriented
- Solid business acumen
- An ability to think analytically, break down problems, develop hypotheses and recommendations from data, analysis, and market research
- Excellent English language skills, (Swiss) German preferred
