The Team Member of COO & Intermediaries Culture Transformation will support the whole team in daily operations, administration and taking over responsibility of different Culture Initiatives. This interesting position offers you the opportunity to gain initial experience and insight across wide areas of cultural, organisational and personnel development and grow further in these areas.

The Culture Transformation Team is part of the COO & Intermediaries division and operates in a wide range of operational and front units globally and plays a crucial role in developing our COO & Intermediaries culture through various topics such as employee development and leadership.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Support the Culture Transformation Team in strategic, operational and administrative matters
- Administration and coordination of internal Projects/Programmes and Events
- Support in the conceptualization and creation of various presentations
- Active participation in projects, programmes and events
- Drive global Culture initiatives from conception to execution
- Writing blog articles & other communications, proof reading and revising various communications
- Create and maintain Intranet-Pages, Wikis, etc
- Responsibility for the New Joiner activities and other Culture Initiatives
- Opportunity to build and develop your skills in organisational design

- Able to work effectively and communicate credibly across all functions and levels of the organisation
- Should be approachable, affable and willing to work flexibly in terms of required hours (according to events supported.)
- Should demonstrate a desire for continuous improvement and learning.
- Commercial apprenticeship
- A winning and solution-oriented personality with high social competence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Languages: proficiency in English and German is required with additional languages of benefit
- Experience in creation of Intranet-Pages, Blogs or other Social Media Content would be of advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience in a global organisation is preferred
