Technical Customer Manager

Our client is a leading global manufacturer specializing in high-quality mechanical components essential to the construction industry. Renowned for engineering excellence and reliability, they serve some of the world’s largest construction companies.
**Job requirements**
- Manage and develop relationships with strategic key accounts in the construction sector.
- Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and translating them into tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within key accounts.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and support during contract negotiations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and ongoing communication.
- Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales management or technical account management, preferably within manufacturing or construction-related industries.
- Native or fluent German speaker with good command of English.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical components used in construction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
