Renowned for engineering excellence and reliability, they serve some of the world’s largest construction companies. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge in civil engineering with strong relationship management skills to deliver outstanding customer solutions and foster long-term partnerships. Job Requirements Manage and develop relationships with strategic key accounts in the construction sector.Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and translating them into tailored solutions.Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within key accounts.Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and support during contract negotiations.Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and ongoing communication. Candidate Profile Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).Proven experience in sales management or technical account management, preferably within manufacturing or construction-related industries.Native or fluent German speaker with good command of English.Strong technical understanding of mechanical components used in construction.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
