**Job Overview**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Act as the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) power user for the financial planning & reporting processes and maintain SAC master data, as well as SAP BW
- Develop input templates for planning, budgeting & forecasting to load and consolidate information into SAC
- Update and maintain planning & reporting master data in SAP S4 controlling module (profit centre, cost centre information) and maintain planning (budget & forecast) data in SAP S4 (ACDOCP)
- Assure proper governance and data integrity for all global company codes in both SAC and SAP S4 controlling module, act as a gatekeeper to assure consistent master data and develop/maintain adequate processes to support this
- Be an integrated part of the Data/BI competence centre in governing the overall data quality within the SHL group evaluating data quality issues at its source and initiate fixes to prevent issues within reporting / analytics
- Build and deliver training content and classes for planning and reporting tools, especially to support budget and forecasting process
- Respond to questions and requests from end-users regarding the planning & reporting tools, track and communicate issue resolution if required
- Work closely with IT colleagues to develop and upgrade new reports, to assure smooth and digitalized reporting to enhance business insights (following a data consumption self-service approach).
- Specify the requirements for complex finance requirements as part of projects impacting finance processes and data
- Be an active part of the SHL demand / change management process representing the finance function across the SHL group
- Work closely together with Global Accounting team during month-end close to assure correct information of actuals in SAP S4 controlling module and interfaces with Group consolidation and reporting tool
- Efficiently drive ad-hoc reporting requirements, supported by strategic system infrastructure
- Support Finance and IT projects as well as organizational changes, new reporting systems, implementation of profit and cost centres for new legal entities

**Skills and Qualification**
- BA/MA degree in Business, Economics, IT or Accounting
- Min 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge in FP&A in Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Medical Device / Manufacturing industry
- Strong know-how of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BW or other BI systems
- Experience working with SAP S4 controlling module
- “Story-telling” skills, being able to translate financial data into a management presentation
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in German
- Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Flexibility related to changing requirements and conditions while ensuring efficiency
