**The Position**
As Global MCE Director, you will lead a small team and be responsible for setting direction and driving initiatives within Multichannel Engagement, building up a MCE of Excellence in Rare Disease. You work closely with regions and countries to establish an ecosystem of internal and external experts, to leapfrog multichannel capabilities and new customer engagement approaches.
You will continue to evolve the multichannel strategy as a ready-to-scale model globally, as well as regions and countries and facilitate the development of multichannel roadmaps, milestones, and provide input to organisational development process. You’ll be responsible to advise on optimal engagement strategies, content adjustments, channel mix and customer journey sequencing and contribute to the development of performance measures to evaluate campaign effectiveness, customer centricity and Return on Investment (RoI).
Fostering a high-performance culture, you will establish and lead a team of global MCE responsible by mentoring, coaching, and assigning value-adding tasks to the team members. In addition, you will act as a sparring partner for regions and key affiliates, coaching multichannel orchestration capabilities, identifying, and helping to remove organisation barriers and co-creating new solutions, go-to-market models, and processes.
**Qualifications**
You hold a Masters’ degree within business, marketing or a similar field.
We imagine you have a minimum of 8 years’ experience, gained a solid background in Sales and Marketing, before specialising in Multichannel or digital Marketing in the pharmaceutical industry or an agency.
You describe yourself as curious about new innovative solutions, having gained experience driving digital initiatives, using agile/lean frameworks.
You have experience in broad-regional or global positions and have proven experience successfully navigating complex, cross-functional and international environments, building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You are a proven people’s leader, either through direct reports or large-scale projects.
You’re recognised for your excellent project and stakeholder management skills and have the ability to translate marketing and sales requirements into functional campaign possibilities.
You’re fluent in English (written and verbal) and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
