Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire dans le domaine des relations clients / du développement commercial chez neocredit: une startup active dans le financement de PME basée à Berne.
neocredit est une plateforme de crowdlending qui propose une solution de financement aux PME suisses - de manière simple, rapide et fiable.
Tâches
- Soutien du service à la clientèle - suivi de PME suisses et d'investisseurs privés, en français et en allemand
- Traitement des demandes de financement
- Aide à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients
- Soutien du Sales Manager
Exigences
- Très bonnes compétences lingustisques en allemand et en français, anglais un plus
- Contact facile avec la clientèle et excellente capacité à communiquer
- Faire preuve d'initiatives
- Autonome, motivé(e) et dynamique
- Intérêt pour l'univers des startups et de la FinTech
**Un atout**: première expérience dans le domaine des ventes
